Humbly submit your will to God (Thy Will be done) and consecrate yourself to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through Mary.
The one who comes from above is above all.
The one who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of earthly things.
But the one who comes from heaven is above all.
He testifies to what he has seen and heard,
but no one accepts his testimony.
Whoever does accept his testimony certifies that God is trustworthy.
For the one whom God sent speaks the words of God.
He does not ration his gift of the Spirit.
The Father loves the Son and has given everything over to him.
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life,
but whoever disobeys the Son will not see life,
but the wrath of God remains upon him. JN 3:31-36
Jesus is speaking to Nicodemus in the middle of the night telling him who He is. Nicodemus is a high ranking Jew and one who actually believes Jesus could be the Messiah the Jews have been waiting for. Jesus continues to teach us that He is God and the Father has given Him everything. He also says very strong words about the afterlife. We have to believe in the Son to enter eternal life. Afterlife is a radical belief. It is not something easy to believe in since all we know is our earthly life, our physical world. Jesus asks us to trust in Him and be not afraid. He is here to teach us about our heavenly home. It might be important to read a book on near death experiences (NDE) or near death experiences of the blind. These are cases when people are dead/unconscious for a few minutes, see a light, dead relatives, or themselves and the doctors/nurses working on them. It is proof consciousness exists outside the body or after life. Most importantly, Jesus proves this to us with the resurrection of His body. The gospels are not a myth or an entertaining fantasy novel. Jesus rose from the dead. This changes everything and should change the way we live each day for this life in preparation for the next.
“The Father loves the Son and has given everything over to Him. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him.” Jn 3:31-36
We have a Father in heaven who radically loves us and His one greatest desire is for His children to be back with Him. Choose wisely, belief begins in your heart and Christ reveals that we must believe in Him to enter eternal salvation. Christianity is the only religion that matures. It has a past, present, and future. Learn more about Jesus, pray, and share this Good News with others.
Be a servant, become a saint!

Today, the Gospel is telling us to believe. We must believe in Jesus with our whole heart and soul so that we too may have eternal life with our true Father in Heaven.
I can apply this to my life by knowing that Jesus is the Messiah. I don’t need proof, I just need to have faith and believe. Jesus is with me. Waiting for me, guiding me, and listening to me. I just need to turn to Him and trust Him with my life.
We each have free will. We decide whether to help that lady pick up her things or laugh at the boy who tripped and fell. God wants all of his children to live with him in Heaven, to reunite with him. It is our choice whether we choose God or choose the devil. Each choice we make makes our path. Where is your path taking you?
“Whoever disobeys the Son will not see life”, this quote shows me that it is possible for us to see “life”, happiness, but we must obey God’s commandments. If we obey the Lord we can have eternal life, after death, but we can also have happiness here on Earth. If we seek to do what is right we can be happy, but if we seek our own happiness over good we are selfish.
This scripture today shows us that people from this world speak about earthly things and blind them self to God in all His glory. If someone rejects the scripture and the Lord’s teaching, that is more proof that He is right here in front of you and trustworthy. If someone rejects Him, he will not have eternal life in Heaven, but he who accepts and obeys the Lord will have eternal life with Him in Heaven.
I can apply this to my life my opening my eyes and seeing what’s around me. God has created so much for me and I take it for granted, I need to be more aware of everything God has done for me.
Jesus wants us to believe in Him and in heaven. If we want to get to heaven we have to pray every day and ask the Holy Spirit to guide us.
I can apply this to my daily life by obeying God and knowing that if I do I will have eternal life. If I don’t obey him, I will not have life. This is very important to me because I know that I want eternal life and want to spend the rest of my life happily.
In this Scripture passage I think God is trying to tell us that we need to be able to trust fully in God to be able to enter into heaven. We don’t know when God will come save us all, but now is the time to reflect and believe in God.
In today’s scripture Jesus is reminding us that we need to live our life the right way so we can go to Heaven. The Lord loves us and created us. He wants us to go back to Him and the way we can do that is to get to Heaven.
We as Catholics believe that there is life after death. God sent his only son to die so that the gates of Heaven could be opened. We must live a holy life to get to Heaven. When we sin, we stray further from God. Living a holy life lets us grow closer to God.
I can apply this to my life by believing in Jesus and by reading about near death experiences
I can reflect on this scripture by reaching out to God like Nicodemus even if others will ridicule me.
“Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life ” He wants us to listen to Him, to make time for Him. That quote says if we believe we will have eternal life. It doesn’t mean we will live on Earth forever. But, we will live with Jesus forever in Heaven.
I can apply this to my life by realizing that I must keep the faith.
if we want to go to the kingdom of God, we have to listen and believe. If we listen, but do not believe, we will never see God. Learn to not only listen, but also believe. If we believe in his testimony, we will make our way up to the heavenly father. Listen to the testimony of the Lord, not of the people.
God and Jesus are above all things. So we shouldn’t worship earthly things.
In this we hear that God gave Jesus everything and that if we do what is good and not bad we will go to rest in heavan forever. Jesus spoke to Nicodemus and told him about the afterlife. Jesus told Nicodemus that he needed to believe in him to ener heaven and that he is here to teach us about heaven so that when Jesus opens the gates to heaven we will know what to do to get to the gates.
I believe Jesus speaks of strong and true words in this gospel. Empowering us to go out and teach others in the name of God. For those who don’t accept don’t get the gifts of God. So for us to be true disciples of Christ we must go out and protest the gospels. I mean I know we can’t right now, but once this is over.
One thing that stands out to me is the saying “whoever believes in the son will have eternal life, but whoever disobeys the son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him”. I can apply this to my life by making my relationship with God even better, I can do that by not disobeying him and being thankful right now for what I have.
Today Jesus is saying that if we believe in him we will have eternal life. But theres so much more to that. As Catholics, we go to mass on Sunday’s to celebrate Jesus chirst and the ressurection of HIm. We have to try and move more and more people over to christanity.
No matter what we do God will still love us even if we do the worst thing possible but we as a person get separated from him. We can get back to him we just need to go to confection and reconnect are selves with him.
If we disobey God then we get his rath. But if we obey him he will not get his rath.
In the Gospel today its saying God is the true father. If we need someone to talk to we go to him first. He is the power of all things. He loves us so much that we need to love him so much back and we need to take the time and talk to him everyday and pray to our savior the true father because we are so lucky to have someone in this world who loves us so much and have someone we can talk to everyday.
In order to get to Heaven, we must believe that God is our one true God. We must believe that Jesus is His son, and the Holy Spirit. We must truly believe this with our whole heart and soul. And we must always obey Him.
In this passage God is saying that he gave everything to his son so he could save us, he is also saying that whoever believes in God will have eternal life and whoever do not will have eternal wrath of God.
I can put this into my life by truely believing that Jesus is the Son of God.
Christ is trying to tell me to always believe, hope, and trust in Him. He wants us to fully lean on Him for support. After we die, Christ will be waiting for us. The afterlife might be fascinating to you or scary, but Christ is always with us and our side. “Do not be afraid”, Christ once said.
In this passage it says “The one who comes from Heaven is above all.” From this I take that we have to trust the one who claim’s and has proven that he comes from heaven. I think that this is the best way for me to have eternal life.
The gospels are real. Jesus is the one who came to save us. We have to BELIEVE this, or our life is wasted. You can make millions from a successful business, become an internet superstar, or even make a new invention, but none of it matters if you do not believe in Jesus. You can’t take your money or fans into heaven with you, so you have to spend most of your spare time worshiping and believing in our Lord Jesus Christ.
What I learned from this scripture is that we need to learn about Jesus then share with others what we learned.
Jesus wants us to believe in the afterlife even though it can be difficult to grasp the concept of it. If we truly believe in Jesus then we will go to heaven. We need to trust Jesus. We also need to remember that if we aren’t good followers of Jesus, then we might go to hell.
The Father that is in heaven is our goal in life to get to him and get to heaven adn be as holy as we can. The only way to do that is to follow in his footsteps in life adn we need to pray to him for us and about other people as well. We also need to trust in God that he is there even though we cannot fully see him we need to trust he is there spiritually with us to help us get to heaven with him.
I think this passage at the end is saying that even though, if we reject Him we is still with us. We all have the wrath of God and he is looking over us everyday. He is above all things and is the King of Kings
In the Gospel today, it says that earthly propel speak of earthly things. And the one from heaven is above all. So what i got from this is that we need to trust God and his plan for us because he is all-knowing.
We need to realize that we have a God in Heaven that loves us so much! All He wants is for us the be back in Heaven with Him. So until we can join Him, we need to pray and worship Him. It may be hard to go to Mass now but even if you are watching it through a screen, we still need to remember that we are in Mass.
Just remember this during your hard times.
I didn’t mean to reply twice sorry.
We need to remember that God is above everything. We need to give everything to him and remember to pray as much as we can. God is always there for us, so we should always be there with him.
We all just need to trust in God and allow him into are life so we can have a close relationship with him.
I can apply this for my life by knowing that I am lower than God. God is the one giving me life, and I must thank him for it.
Who ever believes in God will live forever in Heaven.
In today’s Scripture, it tells us that we are never over one another because God is the one over everybody. We need to know that even if we are a king of a country, we are still not over all. God will always and forever be over us all and we will find that out sooner or later but, I would want to know that earlier if I were you.
We have to listen and believe in his words.
We must always be ready for God. Whether it is the second coming our our death. We should always be following God and resist temptation, because we never know if it is today, tomorrow, or not in our lifetime.
It is hard to believe in an afterlife because all we know is life on Earth. We have to believe in Christ to enter eternal salvation. Christianity is the only religion that has a past, present, and future. We should learn more about Jesus to better understand this.
In today’s scripture I think that Christianity is the only religion that matures so for us to mature we have to do what god wants us to do and listen to are heart and god.
This passage is telling us that God is above all and if you obey Him and follow His path you will receive a great reward in Heaven. On the the other hand if you disobey Him and sin, you will not have eternal life.
Jesus is above everyone and everything. God sent Jesus to lead us and save us and we should follow him and spread his word.
Since we believe in God, we need to follow him with all our heart and all our soul and we need to remember that he wil always forgive us no matter what we do.
If we believe in Jesus, we will find our way to heaven. If we love and adore Him, we will make it to heaven. We just have to have to have hope and faith in Him.
Jesus will always be above us but he will never leave us. Whoever listens to him will have a afterlife with God for eternity.
In today’s scripture Jesus is telling us that if we accept his testimony then we certify that God is trustworthy.
God is above everything else and is wiser than everything else. WE should go to him with our problems; he can help us solve them .
I see this passage as a warning. A truth, that means if you want to go to heaven, you can’t ignore God. You must ask of his forgiveness when you mess up, and you will mess up. If you do ignore him, you won’t get to live in his house
In this scripture i can feel like Nicodemus while Jesus is revealing himself to me and making a closer relationship with Jesus and God.
What i got from today’s scripture reflection is that believing in Christ is the most important thing to do. Not believing can lead to sin, suffering, and Hell. Therefore to live a happy and eternal life believe in Jesus Christ.
God sent His son, Jesus to earth to save us. We must do His will, believe, and love others to one day be with Him forever in heaven. He already gave us His commandments, so now we must follow them and live holy lives.
We can not make it to Heaven if we do not believe in Jesus. It is as simple as that. If we do not believe in him then we will never make it to Heaven.
I can apply this scripture passage to my life by Remembering to keep learning about my faith. I want to grow closer to God. But how can you grow close to someone and have a good relationship with them if you hardly know them or anything about them? The answer is, you can’t. So the more I learn and know about God, the better my relationship with him will be.
In this Scripture, I got that we need to not be afraid and be ready for Jesus’ coming. We’re his children and he would do anything and everything for us. He even sacrificed his own life for us.
Trust in God and all thing will be made possible.
Jesus is the way the truth and the life, so I definitely believe in this.
Today’s scripture tells us that we need to believe in Him then we can have eternal life with Him in heaven. He went through so much pain dying on the cross for us and we repay Him by not believing, not attending mass, etc. We need to be more faithful in Him.
I can apply this to my life by putting in time and effort to really connect with God and talk to Him. You need to believe with your whole body, mind, and soul.
Today Christ is trying to reveal to me is to stay positive because with all of this corona stuff going on, I’ve trusted in him and I believe that trusting in him will help me not be afraid of the corona.
What I think the lesson of this scripture is that you must follow Jesus to reach Heaven. Period. It states, “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever disobeys the Son will not see life.” This statement shows us that believing in Jesus and his resurrection, we can obtain eternal life. On the contrary, when we disobey Him through sin we will not be able to see eternal life.
In today’s scripture, it says that whoever does not believe will not get eternal life. Everyone needs to belive in our savior Jesus Christ. We need to try to evangelize people and pray for those who don’t believe it. Read the gospels every day and learn. Listen to Mass on Sundays.
Jesus will do anything for us, to make us believe that he is there for us.
In the scripture, it tells us that the father loved his son so much that he gave him everything. In the passage, it means that God gave us everything just to be loved. God gave us these items and people to connect with him he gave us each other to love one another and respect one another. He wanted us to love our neighbor as ourselves and wanted us to love each other and God so we can all live in heaven peacefully with one another.
In this scripture Jesus says that whoever believes in him and his testimony is worthy of entering the eternal kingdom, but whoever does not believe shall wade in eternal suffering.
Jesus will never give up on us, no matter the time or circumstances.
This reflects on me because it tells me that no matter how big we think we are God is always the Lord of everything.
I can apply this to my life by believing that God will help me through good times and bad times like the pandemic
I can apply this to my life by believing that God will help me through good times and bad times like the pandemic .
If we believe in God, He will lead us down the path of eternal life. If we disobey God, we won’t be able to follow that path of happiness towadrs Him.
whoever believes in the son has eternal life but whoever disobeys the son will not see life
In today’s gospel, our Lord explains to us more deeply of whom he is, saying “The one who comes from above is above all. The one who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of earthly things. But the one who comes from heaven is above all. He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony. Whoever does accept his testimony certifies that God is trustworthy. For the one whom God sent speaks the words of God. He does not ration his gift of the Spirit. The Father loves the Son and has given everything over to him. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him”. Upon the final lines, “whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him,” Jesus explains to us that we must harness him through our beliefs, and we will have eternal life. But should we disobey Jesus, the son of God, we will remain bound in sin’s tight embrace over us, and not not have life, the wrath of God will come quickly upon us.
In today’s scripture Jesus is saying that whoever believes in His words will be brought to eternal life in heaven. Whoever doesn’t believe and disregards Him shall not go with Him to HIs kingdom in heaven.
I can apply this to my life by knowing that to lead my soul to Heaven I must fully believe and know that God is with.
God loves us no matter what we do. But in order to have eternal life we must believe that Jesus is the Messiah and he won let us down.
What I think God is trying to tell me in the scripture passage today is that God gave his only son for the salvation of souls. It was by Jesus’ death and resurrection that opened the gates of heaven. We need to believe in Him and have faith, yet we must obey HIs commandments. We can’t just do one or the other.
Jesus is saying he is the almighty and if you believe you will have eternal life. He also talks about how we only fully understand earthly matters.
we need to keep the fear of God and obey him.
We need to remember that God is more powerful then us. He can wipe us away from the Earth faster then a blink of the eye. If you trust in him fully you will get life forever in Heaven with him.
All God wants for us is to be happy and to be with him. He loves us so much that he sent his only son to save us from our sins. We need to thank God everyday for everything and follow his commandments, so we may be with him in heaven.
In this scripture passage we learn that the only way to reach Heaven is through the Son. If we believe and trust in the Son we will reach Heaven. We should share this news with others.
Today Jesus is telling me that if you believe in me you will have eternal life. If you do not believe in me you will have no life. Jesus speaks the truth and his word is truth.
Today’s gospel is telling me that we the believers in Jesus need to be helping the people who are non believers. However, there are three things that don’t help this need. Those things are “The Three Topics That You Don’t Talk About”: 1. Religion 2. Politics 3. Money. Why is religion on the list? Is it on there because talking about Jesus may be awkward to talk about? Is this why there is little to no talking about Jesus outside of Church or religion class? I am going to try to start bringing Jesus into my everyday conversations. How ‘bout you?
#ChristianYOLO
This tells me we need to trust and have faith in God because he has a plan for all of us and if we fall off that path the farther we get from that path and the longer it takes to get back on it.
This passage is telling me that God, and the ones in heaven are above everyone on Earth and in hell.
Jesus came to save us. It is our choice weather we want to me saved or not. We need to let him into our boat because we are nothing without him. I’m going to apply this to my life by reading scripture every morning.
I can apply this to my life by remembering that God is big and we are small we need him.
God loves us unconditionally we need to listen to God when He talks to us. We need to love God as He loves us.
I can apply this to my life by believing in him with hopes that I get to heaven. I can try to guide others to do that too.
God is our lord and we have to listen to what he says and follow his words. He loves everyone all the same. We have to show each other love and try our best to repent the devil.
We need to believe. It’s hard to believe in Jesus because we ca’t see Him. It’s also hard to wrap our minds around everything He’s done for us. But we need to just let Him be in control and trust in Him, because He will do great things with us.
this is saying that we should trust in God and follow Him and what He tells us to do and how to live our lives.
If we belive in God we will be saved if not we will die. The Lord doesn’t need us, we need him.
This is telling me that God sends the holy spirit through people and he sends a message to them and you either choose to listen and believe or not believe.
Since we are from Earth we think Earthly we think mortally God is supernatural Heavenly and divine. He made us in his own divine likeness and his heavenly image. We often think that we wish we were different taller slimmer thicker. But that is us thinking Earthly. If we were to think heavenly we would realize how perfect we are and how great we are. When thinking Earthly we think we are not good enough. We need to think Heavenly in order to be Heavenly.
I think that God is trying to pull me close to him today because he is helping us through things everyday that we don’t even notice.
We have to believe in Jesus to get to Heaven. You can’t just half-heartedly believe, otherwise you aren’t worthy to go there. Jesus didn’t half-heartedly save us, so we shouldn’t half-heartedly believe in him.
The scriptures are saying that who do good deeds are good people and who do bad things are bad people.
We need to learn that Jesus has come from heaven and knows much more than us, so the next time we get tempted from sin, know that Jesus has died for YOU.
No human fully understands God and I think thats obvious in this scripture. Jesus says the one who comes from above is above all and how he will inherit the earth and stuff. It actually kind of sounds like hes bragging, but hes not, not really. He is saying we are earthly and only understand earthly things and he speaks the words of God. he is saying we think we know so much but in comparison we know nothing. so it seems like hes bragging right??? Wrong Hes also saying, you don´t understand much… but I can help you understand more, and all you have to do is listen to me and I can help you get to heaven. Sounds like a pretty good deal right, but then we just had to go and blow it. All we have to do is live our lives helping those who need help and respecting others, which is what we should be doing anyway. But no, We would rather see someone strapped to a pole and whipped and then when hes almost whipped to death we decided we had to see him nailed to a couple of trees by some rusty strips of metal and he has to go through this naked but thats not good enough, so we jeer at him hit him and spit on him, and don´t forget this is the person who wants us with him in paradise, COME ON WE,RE SUPPOSED TO BE THE CIVILIZED RACE. And though that may not be what we do now we still are incredibly rude for no reason at all, when someone walks into to a room with a weird hairdo or something everyone starts pointing and giggling. also for some reason singing terrible on purpose is fine but trying is a one way ticket to ¨losersville¨ we shouldn’t need to try to fit in, if a person that nobody really knows joins a team and makes a mistake everyone gets in their face about it but if someone else thats popular makes the same mistake no one cares. We were created by the most loving thing in EXISTENCE, being kind should be in our nature but it actually seems like the opposite. For some reason different is bad when a new point of view should be relished. God WANTS us with him it may say but whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him. But I think God will give us as many chances to remove his wrath as we deserve and then some. I believe he won´t just let us give up on eternal life. He won´t give us second chances. No he will give us as many chances as required for us to come to him. He will give us as many chances as we need but its up to us to take them because the Devils coming as well and sooner or later he will catch up and once with him we cant say no thanks like we did to God.
We need to know Jesus knows us and hears us.
I can apply this to my daily life by obeying God and knowing that if I do I will have eternal life. If I don’t obey him, I will not have life. This is very important to me because I know that I want eternal life and want to spend the rest of my life happy.
