Humbly submit your will to God (thy Will be done) and consecrate yourself to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Jesus said to his disciples:
“In those days after that tribulation
the sun will be darkened,
and the moon will not give its light,
and the stars will be falling from the sky,
and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.

“And then they will see ‘the Son of Man coming in the clouds’
with great power and glory,
and then he will send out the angels
and gather his elect from the four winds,
from the end of the earth to the end of the sky.

“Learn a lesson from the fig tree.
When its branch becomes tender and sprouts leaves,
you know that summer is near.
In the same way, when you see these things happening,
know that he is near, at the gates.
Amen, I say to you,
this generation will not pass away
until all these things have taken place.
Heaven and earth will pass away,
but my words will not pass away.

“But of that day or hour, no one knows,
neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” Mk 13:24-32

Today, Jesus says, “Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.”  These Words are what created out of nothing, baptize, reconcile us in confession, reveal the Truth of salvation through Jesus, consecrate the bread and wine, ordain priests, heal the sick and dying, and consecrate a marriage with vows.  Read Scripture daily to spend time with the Word, Jesus.
Second, we must visit the 4 last things: Death, Judgment, Hell, and Heaven.  There is no doctor, surgeon, or scientist that can stop these final things to our body and soul.  There is One who can, Jesus Christ and He will come again to judge us. For the first time in human history death did not mean the end of life, Jesus, the God Man died on a Cross and conquered sin and death.  Now, we are living in the end times just waiting for Him to return for the Final Judgment.  Jesus’ death did not mean the end of life anymore, but the beginning of a new life with the Trinity in heaven.  We have inherited this new life if we choose it through Baptism.  Archbishop Barron writes, “Jesus, the Son of Man, is coming on the clouds right now through the Church.”  Be vulnerable and allow God in.  Start putting your time and effort into loving. The love of God is more powerful than anything!

Today’s challenge: Read the Scriptures daily in the same place at the same time, thank Jesus for what He did and make a decision to follow Him with your whole heart, mind, strength, and soul for the rest of your life!

Become a saint!
