Humbly submit your will to God (Thy Will be done) and consecrate yourself to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through Mary.
The scribes who had come from Jerusalem said of Jesus,
“He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and
“By the prince of demons he drives out demons.”

Summoning them, he began to speak to them in parables,
“How can Satan drive out Satan?
If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
And if a house is divided against itself,
that house will not be able to stand.
And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided,
he cannot stand;
that is the end of him.
But no one can enter a strong man’s house to plunder his property
unless he first ties up the strong man.
Then he can plunder his house.
Amen, I say to you, all sins and all blasphemies
that people utter will be forgiven them.
But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit
will never have forgiveness,
but is guilty of an everlasting sin.”
For they had said, “He has an unclean spirit.” MK 3:22-30

Jesus teaches us the power of the holy Spirit is power over demons and Satan. The everlasting sin is saying Satan has power over the holy Spirit which is false. Jesus gives us the power of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. When we are baptized we receive the Holy Spirit. At the Ascension, Jesus said He must go so that the Holy Spirit could be with us. The Holy Spirit is the love of the Father and the Son and remains with us and in us until Christ returns. We receive the same Holy Spirit as the Apostles, St. Francis, and Pope Francis. The Holy Spirit is living in us just like it did the Apostles. This is a profound power within us. Take time to look at the gifts and fruits of the Spirit. We each have spiritual gifts like we do physical talents. They are called the charisms of the Spirit. The Devil will never prevail against the Church doors according to Jesus Christ because of the Holy Spirit. May we call the Holy Spirit upon us each day saying, “Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and enkindle in them the fire of your love, send forth your spirit and they shall be created and renew the face of the earth.”
May the Holy Spirit guide us to protect the most innocent lives in this country who are not protected by the law. It is the greatest holocaust of our time. It is a tragedy. May the Holy Spirit lead us to pray for these innocent lives and be protected, elect officials that will overturn the laws that do not protect the unborn, march on Washington to make a statement, ask Our Lady of Guadalupe to intercede for them, the protectress of the unborn.

Virgin of Guadalupe,
Patroness of unborn children,
we implore your intercession
for every child at risk of abortion.
Help expectant parents to welcome from God
the priceless gift of their child’s life.
Console parents who have lost that gift
through abortion,
and lead them to forgiveness and healing
through the Divine Mercy of your Son.
Teach us to cherish
and to care for family and friends
until God calls them home.
Help us never to see others as burdens.
Guide our public officials
to defend each and every human life
through just laws.
Inspire us all to bring our faith into public life,
to speak for those who have no voice.
We ask this in the name of your Son,
Jesus Christ, who is Love and Mercy itself.
Amen.
