Jesus in explaining His Second Coming teaches us the first step to sainthood. “Whoever seeks to preserve his life will lose it, but whoever loses it will save it.”
Lk 17:26-37
To become a saint you must abandon self to God totally and completely, take up your daily crosses, and then you will not be surprised but ready when your number is called or it is time for Jesus to return.
