Humbly submit your will to God (thy Will be done) and consecrate yourself to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

The Apostles gathered together with Jesus
and reported all they had done and taught.
He said to them,
“Come away by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.”
People were coming and going in great numbers,
and they had no opportunity even to eat.
So they went off in the boat by themselves to a deserted place.
People saw them leaving and many came to know about it.
They hastened there on foot from all the towns
and arrived at the place before them.

When Jesus disembarked and saw the vast crowd,
his heart was moved with pity for them,
for they were like sheep without a shepherd;
and he began to teach them many things. Mk 6:30-34

When you find Jesus and give yourself totally and completely to Him, you will travel great distances and give up many things to stay close to Him.  Jesus could see into people’s hearts.  He was moved with pity because He knew humanity needed His help.  How did He help them?  He taught them.  If you want to leave something behind for others before you leave this place, teach them.  Where can we find what Jesus taught them?  In the Scriptures, in the Word, living and effective, and will never pass away.

Today’s challenge: Commit yourself more fully to Christ (Total Consecration-St. Louis de Montfort).  Read the Bible and reflect on it.  Listen to what Jesus is telling you.  Talk to Him every day like you are talking to your friend.  Leave the most important part of you behind with others every day-your love!
