Have you ever felt overwhelmed, afraid, like the world was crashing down on you? Jesus knew His Apostles, and later all of us, were going to feel this way. He gives us Himself and soon the Holy Spirit to bring us peace in a troubled world.
“In the world you will have trouble, but take courage, I have conquered the world.” I have this quote on my desk. When I feel overwhelmed, I read it and it brings me peace. It also puts things into perspective for me, everything will get finished and God is most important the rest are details!
