Humbly submit your will to God (thy Will be done) and consecrate yourself to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through Mary and Joseph.
Jesus Christ came to reveal salvation to us from the Father. He is teaching in parables using examples of things that were common to the people to help them understand heavenly things. Once Jesus has revealed the Word, the Good News, the plan of salvation, He dies, resurrects, and ascends. It is our calling, duty, and responsibility with the power of the Holy Spirit to keep the Word, the Good News alive.
We are to be Jesus for the world. Our bodies are beautiful stained glass windows that animate our souls and we are to allow the light of Christ to shine through us to the world. Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful, enkindle in them the fire of your love, send forth your Spirit and you shall renew the face of the earth (through us). We are called through Baptism to be the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus for others and bear great fruit. Do those around you see Jesus when they see you?
Today’s challenge: Strive to be Christ for others each day. Allow the light of Christ to shine through you to others and produce great fruit for the kingdom of heaven.
Be a servant, be a saint today!
