Only 4 days until Christmas! Have you found the peace and joy that your heart desires? Today, our souls are waiting for the Lord in His Second Coming! He is our help and shield, keep Him close to you each moment of the day. For the last 21 days we have been training ourselves to wait. Patience, long-suffering, spending time in the desert, fasting, prayer and more prayer are the lessons we have learned. We are establishing a rock foundation on Jesus in this training to help us continue our journey of self-control and discipline to make this “valley of tears” a little more manageable. Be filled with joy, the wait for this Christmas is almost over and you have grown spiritually.
Today’s challenge: Find the joy that is already in you. Continue the fight of self-control and discipline, the rewards are eternal.
We are saints in training! Become a saint!
