and flesh of my flesh;
this one shall be called ‘woman,’
for out of ‘her man’ this one has been taken.”
That is why a man leaves his father and mother
and clings to his wife,
and the two of them become one flesh. Gn 2:18-25
God saw that the man was lonely and put him to sleep and took a rib from his side to make a woman. The man and woman leave their father and mother and become one flesh-sacrament of marriage between a man and woman which is being attacked in today’s culture.
He then told Abraham and Sarah to be fruitful and multiply and subdue the earth. Only a man and a woman can do this not same sex relationships. This is why we do not believe in same sex sexual actions and marriage. We do love all of God’s children including those with same sex attraction.
He entered a house and wanted no one to know about it,
but he could not escape notice. Soon a woman whose daughter had an unclean spirit heard about him.She came and fell at his feet.
The woman was a Greek, a Syrophoenician by birth,
and she begged him to drive the demon out of her daughter.
He said to her, “Let the children be fed first.
For it is not right to take the food of the children
and throw it to the dogs.”
She replied and said to him,
“Lord, even the dogs under the table eat the children’s scraps.”
Then he said to her, “For saying this, you may go.
The demon has gone out of your daughter.”
When the woman went home, she found the child lying in bed
and the demon gone. Mk 7:24-30
Have Faith in God, trust in Him, and you will be healed. This is easy to say, but very hard to do. How strong is your belief in God? What faith do you have in Jesus Christ in your life? What kind of relationship do you have with Jesus-weak or strong? Do you talk to Him often? If you do believe and have faith and trust in Him, you will be filled with joy!
