“Rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it.” Lk 11:27-28

Humbly submit your will to God (Thy Will be done) and consecrate yourself to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through Mary and Joseph.

Where do we gain the knowledge we need to know God?  “Rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it.” Our Bible that needs to be dusted off needs to be opened up and read and reflected upon in prayer.  Of course, today you can just download a Catholic bible app.

We are clothed in Christ at our baptism, but are we living clothed in Christ? Our two baptismal vows are to reject Satan and believe in our Creed which is the Gospel on one page. This in turn helps us to grow in holiness. When we come to know who Christ is, develop a personal relationship with Him, we come to know ourselves and our mission.

Today’s challenge:  Read a section of the Gospel each day or out of the YouCat (YouthCatechism).  Don’t have one! Christmas is right around the corner, it makes sense to ask for a Christian item for Christmas.

Be a servant, be a saint today!
