Our world does not portray religion as popular or strong, but for the weak. We sometimes get mixed up. As young men we feel like we need to have big muscles, never cry, and treat girls as objects. Young ladies feel like they need to show off their bodies and be immodest to fit in or be liked by boys. Sometimes girls may feel like they are not as good or as strong as boys. These are all the Devil’s deception. The saints saw through this deception and Hebrews tells us today to persevere and endure by doing the Will of God. We are not the weak but the strong, the modest, the respectful, loving, kind and gentle. It may look like Jesus was conquered by the Romans, but Jesus conquered sin, death, the Devil, and the world for our sake so that we could possess new life! Amen. Become a saint! Be a soldier and warrior for Christ!
