Today, God is revealing a very important Truth, His everlasting covenant of mercy.

It starts with the sacrament of Baptism, prefigured with Noah and the ark. God makes a covenant, “I will establish a covenant with you, that never again will all bodily creatures be destroyed by the waters of a flood; there shall never be another flood to devastate the earth.” Gn 9:8-15

God sends His only Son, the righteous One, to die for the unrighteousness ones. Then, Jesus reveals to us, “This is the time of fulfillment. The kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the Gospel.”

Jesus, as our mediator between God and us, died and rose. Through this sacrifice, we are forgiven Original sin and personal sin (mortal, venial) through the waters of Baptism. At this time we are called to renounce Satan and believe in God and His saving powers (Creed). Then, we are to put on our baptismal garment, humble ourselves before the Lord, fight Satan, love and become a saint everyday so that we can be with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit who gave us this opportunity to live and be loved!
