Sounds good to me!  How many of us wake up and want to be homeless, starving, in poverty, surviving a natural disaster?  Jesus in starting His ministry after choosing the 12 Apostles starts on a mountain top and gives us the way to happiness called the beatitudes.  Moses received the 10 Commandments on a mountain and Jesus gives us the beatitudes on a mountain because Jesus is fulfilling the commandments from the Old Testament. He is bringing compassion, love, and mercy to the commandments.  Jesus is God in the flesh so these beatitudes must be the real deal!  Jesus tells us the way to happiness is by putting God first, submitting to His will, being humble, having compassion for others, and being ready to fight when others ridicule us for what we believe.  The way to happiness will be very difficult, but the rewards are eternal!  Give God your first thoughts and words, submit to His Will, love and then do what you want! (quote from a saint)  Peace! Be happy and experience God’s joy today!
